I absolutely loved staying at this hotel near Times Square. The room was small but clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Despite the noise from the street, the comfortable bed made up for it. Some minor inconveniences with the bathroom and lack of restaurant, but overall a great value.

The service was top-notch, especially from the maids. Would choose it again FOR SURE! The view was even better in person.

The staff found my lost wallet on my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and a bar make it perfect. No smoking, 24-hour security, and a business center also suit me. I'll be back for Christmas!

We had a great time during our Christmas vacation. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved how close we were to all the holiday festivities and attractions. It made it really easy for us to explore and enjoy everything. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was surprisingly quiet and I had the best sleeps on their super comfortable bed. The lobby was a great place to relax, with plenty of comfortable seating. The staff were very attentive, especially Gio, who went above and beyond to assist my unwell husband. The small and compact hotel meant no waiting for elevators, and the complimentary grab and go breakfast was excellent, providing a good start to the morning. I also appreciated the little touches like the Valentine's card and sweets in the room, which were unexpected but a nice gesture. Great value compared to other similar hotels in the area.
